Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Drying Log app and support site.
Effective and last updated: July 10, 2026
Agreement
By downloading or using Drying Log, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s required terms, Apple’s terms control to the extent of that conflict.
Documentation Tool
Drying Log records information entered by the user. It does not detect or measure moisture, certify a structure as dry, determine insurance coverage, provide engineering or legal advice, or guarantee compliance with IICRC standards, building codes, carrier programs, or contractual requirements.
Professional Responsibility
You are responsible for verifying every reading, OCR or on-device intelligence suggestion, calculation, classification, dry target, equipment entry, estimate description, quantity, rate, tax, markup, invoice balance, photo, and report before relying on or sharing it. Estimates and invoices are editable business documents, not insurance coverage, reimbursement, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Use properly maintained instruments and the standards, training, contracts, and professional judgment applicable to each job.
Customer and Claim Data
You represent that you have authority to enter, store, sync through your private iCloud database, and share information added to the app. You are responsible for protecting confidential information, maintaining appropriate Apple Account and device security, and selecting authorized report recipients.
Subscriptions and Purchases
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when a purchase is confirmed.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- Free trials, introductory offers, pricing, and availability may vary by storefront and are shown by Apple before purchase.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits, or use it to violate privacy, intellectual property, safety, or other laws.
Availability and Changes
Features may change as the app is improved or as platform requirements change. We may suspend a feature when needed for security, legal compliance, or reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drying Log is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, merchantability, report acceptance, reimbursement, or a particular drying outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluid Bloom Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, profits, claims, or business; or decisions made from user-entered or OCR-suggested information.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate access where permitted by Apple’s platform rules or applicable law if these terms are materially violated.
